CONTENT CREATION: Photography (DSLR, iPhone), Asset Creation (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom & Canva), Instagram & Facebook Analytics, Google SEO, In depth knowledge of social media platforms, their formatting and their creative tools (Boomerang, stories, Specific size dimensions for each platform).

WRITING: Newsletters and Press Releases (MailChimp, Wordpress), Professional e-mail correspondence, Developing company voice in the form of entertaining, uplifting & informative copy for Facebook, Wordpress website, EventBrite and social media channels.

VIDEO: Video Advertisement for Instagram Channel, Montréal Maker Series.

MKRLAB was a community fabrication lab and start up whose mission was to make equipment accessible to their community. As a part of their Communications team, my role was to utilize their social media accounts effectively, as well as develop creative marketing strategy that would both make use of their brick and mortar fabrication space, which was on the busy Sherbrooke street in the Notre-dame-de-Grace neighbourhood of Montréal, in addition to growing their online presence.
